Service opportunities will occur periodically to assist our sponsor.
Scouts are urged to participate in these activities to help the church and to show our appreciation.
Community Service
The troop will plan and provide opportunities for service to the local community. However, service does always have to be planned.
Service includes picking up litter on a trail, holding a door, etc.
Look for opportunities to "Do a good turn daily."
Eagle Projects
One of the requirements for the rank of Eagle Scout is to plan a project and carry it out with the assistance of others.
Scouts are encouraged to support these eagle projects.
Advancement
Service is a requirement for rank advancement. Please refer to your Scout Handbook.
